- The DJ500C can !physically! print a full A4 page in "presentation" mode
- in about 10 minutes. More typical pages in "normal" mode take 3-7 minutes.
- A lot of the print processing, though, happens in the host, so if the host
- is slow (i.e., a 286 without much RAM) or the application doesn't have
- efficient printing code, the host can become the bottleneck. If you are
- using Windows, also note that the choice of dithering/blending modes
- can have a big effect on the performance.
