  28. The DJ500C can !physically! print a full A4 page in "presentation" mode
  29. in about 10 minutes.  More typical pages in "normal" mode take 3-7 minutes.
  30. A lot of the print processing, though, happens in the host, so if the host
  31. is slow (i.e., a 286 without much RAM) or the application doesn't have
  32. efficient printing code, the host can become the bottleneck.  If you are
  33. using Windows, also note that the choice of dithering/blending modes
  34. can have a big effect on the performance.
