  19.  And then I just recently sent a computer UPS and had all sorts of things
  20. come loose.  Included a connection in the keyboard, several chips came out
  21. of sockets, a toggle switch in the back of an external drive box fell apart,
  22. etc.

  24.  And I had that computer wrapped up tight in foam, bubble wrap, and in a
  25. box using four ply corrugated cardboard.  Obviously UPS has the Samsonite
  26. gorilla working for them...

  28.  I've worked in both shipping and receiving.  I've seen a lot of things
  29. happen.

  31.  One thing, when I was working in a shipping department nearly every one
  32. of our customers refused to receive from UPS if RPS served their area.
  33. UPS has a bad repuation for damage and loss of packages.

  35.  Unfortunately RPS is only common on the east coast right now.
