- Has anyone heard of a 486DX/2 that runs 20Mhz external, 40Mhz external.
- Someone my father has been doing business with a long time claims to have
- them. It is EISA bus architecture. I had never heard of it before, but
- he claims that it is much faster than a 486-33. His prices have always
- been very good, as cheap if not cheaper than mail order companies, and prices
- I have seen tossed around here. So I bought one. My father is shipping it
- to me.
-
- Did I make a mistake, is this really non-standard?
-
- And yes I have checked to make sure things are what he says they are.
-
- Thanks,
- Mitch Dernis
