  13. I have several tape drives/interface cards that I would like to try
  14. to use, but we have no documentation or software for them 
  15.  
  16. DRIVE: ARCHIVE model 5945c
  17.  
  18. Interface Card:    Mfg: Archive
  19.            labeled assy 80147
  20.            one of the chips has a label - 80234-003
  21.  
  22.           I can identify some of the jumpers: 
  23.  
  24.             drq/dack jumpers are labeled
  25.             irq jumpers are labeled
  26.  
  27.         there are 3 sets of jumpers I can not identify from
  28.         the info on the board: 
  29.  
  30.             a set of 7 jumpers labeled a3-a4
  31.  
  32.             a set of 4 jumpers label kk,hh,ff,nn
  33.  
  34.             a set of 3 jumpers labeled cc,y,dd
  35.  
  36. the card is an 8 bit card, with a ribbon cabel connector on the top, 
  37. and a 25-pin connector on the back plate.  the board also has 5 leds
  38. labeled ds1-ds5 that are next to the jumpers labeled cc,y,dd
  39.  
  40.  
  41. The cards originally used a software called sytos - but as the drives
  42. were removed from pc's, the software was deleted, and our tech shop
  43. does not have an copies (we only had 4-5 of these tapes total).
  44.  
  45. any help on what the above sets of jumpers do would be appreciated
  46.
