- Although not familiar with your hardware, we had problems with a 386sx when
- we added extra memory. The machine came with 1x9 SIMMS and we added 1x3 SIMMS.
- The new SIMMS worked for a while, then started to show parity errors once they
- warmed up. Unfortunately the disk cacheing was trying to use this memory. The
- result: cross linked files, a corrupted FAT on the disk, and many hours of
- work to fix things up :-(. Can you swap the SIMMS over for 1x9s? Just a thought.
