  21. No, it's not true.  Adaptec offers very good end user support via
  22. telephone, bulletin-board system dialup, fax, and unofficially by
  23. electronic mail.  DC Drives is not listed as an OFFICIAL Adaptec
  24. authorized dealer, so they probably make a lot more money on
  25. Ultrastore products.
