- No, it's not true. Adaptec offers very good end user support via
- telephone, bulletin-board system dialup, fax, and unofficially by
- electronic mail. DC Drives is not listed as an OFFICIAL Adaptec
- authorized dealer, so they probably make a lot more money on
- Ultrastore products.
