  13. I recently installed an Everex 1200 (!) baud internal modem to my XT clone.
  14. Somehow, I had to set the jumpers to indicate COM3 (COM2 doesn't work, and
  15. I have a mouse installed in COM1) and it seemed to work.  (Actually, there
  16. may be something wrong because it takes my comm program a LONG time to 
  17. initialize it.)

  19. The problem is, now my mouse isn't working anymore.  Is this one of those
  20. IRQ conflict things?  Can someone help me?  Thanks.
