- i think that the RapidCAD is basically a 386 and a 387 packaged
- together (integrated onto same die?) and because of this can (a) drop
- in to replace a 386 and (b) ?provide 387 functionality at higher
- performance than off chip 387? (not entirely sure about b).

- of course its other main feature is that it makes money for intel by
- selling to people who want an fp solution tailored for the CAD market
- place rather than a generic fp co-processor solution or other
- marketspeak verbiage.
