- From Signs of the Times
- "Editor's note: Blue Dolphin Computers of Burlingame, California, filed
- for Chapeter 7 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in San Francisco
- on August 3. Customers who paid with a credit card for orders they
- haven't received should contact their credit card companies to determine
- if their account can be credited. If you're past the date to dispute
- charges or you paid by cash, you'll need to file a Proof of Claim form
- with the bankruptcy court... ...Customers shouldn't hold out much hope
- for a refund, though. According to Trustee Charles F. Sims, 95 percent
- of Chapter 7 bankruptcies are "no asset" cases.
- Blue Dolphin executives were not available for comment...
- ...No provisions have been made for servicing customer's systems."
