- If it's just under the threshold they've been notified several times.
- The spool directory is for incoming mail, not storing mail. Users
- are notified by mail early on and at login time when the threshold
- comes near.

- Well, you probably didn't have quite a few users who *never* read
- their mail, as well as a couple, that did read their mail, but didn't
- save it to a folder. When you can't receive mail regularly because
- your spool directory is 100% full 90% of the time, it's time to take
- action. Nowadays I always can always receive mail for anyone and I
- have been able to loosen the restrictions as well.

- listen. No user is exclusive "owner" of the resources I administer.
