  13. I have installed gnu c++ 2.2.2 together with libg++ 2.2 on my site.  When
  14. using it to compile groff 1.05 i get an errors from my assembler that says
  15.  
  16. as: common.s @line#1246 [err#1060]
  17.   Argument 1 or 3 in FARG upper
  18.      - lookahead = ARGW4=FR,RTNVAL=GR
  19.  
  20. The assembler gives this message for five lines. All offending looks allmost
  21. the same:

  28. Has anyone succeeded with getting a good gnu c++ and a working groff.  I'm
  29. very grateful for any helpful hints on how to proceed.  I'm using HP-UX 8.0.
