  15. Try version 3.1 of the DeskWriter driver.  You can get it by calling HP
  16. Driver 
  17. Distribution at 303/353-7650.  Be sure and use the installer, don't just
  18. drag
  19. the new driver into your system folder.  If you still have trouble, call

  21. HP Customer Service Center at 208/323-2551.
