  22. I don't know where the difference lies.  I ran the command successfully on
  23. an 8.07 system to a 9.0 X server.  The difference may be caused by the X
  24. server or the differences between our resource databases.  It may be because
  25. your server had all of the color cells in the default colormap used up.

  29. P.S.  Do you have the "red" and "blue" cables swapped between your computer
  30.       and monitor?
