- I have just now resubscribed to this group after a couple of years.
- So, I do not know if my question has been discussed fully here. So,
- use your judgement as to whether to answer here or to me by EMail.
-
- A few years ago, although the owner and happy user of an HP42s, I
- bought a 28s from a chap who was one of the beta testers of the 48s. I
- quickly came to the conclusion that the programming language was a
- "write only" language and lost interest in the machine. Recently, I
- got interested in it again and decided I had prematurely turned down
- the language. I think my difficulty was with the set of stack
- commands. This go around, I set about learning them systematically.
-
- My question, now, is: what can the 48s do that the 28s cannot? I know
- about the capability to interfaces to a Mac or PC. What other new
- features does it have?
-
- As, usual, thanks in advance
