  10. I'm using a PAD box to parallel my Operators Console on a PowerNode (3267)
  11. running UTX-32 v2.1 and we have our Operators Console set for 8N1 rather than
  12. the normal 7O1 that Getty expects from the Operators Console.  While the local
  13. Operators Console Terminal will switch to 7-bits when UTX boots and Getty takes
  14. control, my PAD box is a fixed 8-bits.  UTX terminals connected to the PAD DO
  15. auto-switch to 8N1 on login, the Operators Console refuses to output as 8N1 but
  16. accepts that input.  /etc/TTYS has been changed to various terminal types with
  17. no effect.  Where would I go to inform Getty that I want *n! exclusively?
