- I'm using a PAD box to parallel my Operators Console on a PowerNode (3267)
- running UTX-32 v2.1 and we have our Operators Console set for 8N1 rather than
- the normal 7O1 that Getty expects from the Operators Console. While the local
- Operators Console Terminal will switch to 7-bits when UTX boots and Getty takes
- control, my PAD box is a fixed 8-bits. UTX terminals connected to the PAD DO
- auto-switch to 8N1 on login, the Operators Console refuses to output as 8N1 but
- accepts that input. /etc/TTYS has been changed to various terminal types with
- no effect. Where would I go to inform Getty that I want *n! exclusively?
- Thanks for your reply.
