  23. I'm not sure what others will say, but if I were you I would just go out to
  24. radio shack (not as cheap) and buy some of these chips they are not very 
  25. expensive.  Also, what I did when I expanded my REU was order them from some
  26. mail order house advertised in the computer shopper (cheap).  I bought 25 I
  27. think for like $1.85 each but these prices fluctuate and depend on how fast
  28. of memory chips you need.
  29.    The last thing I would do is rip your RAM chips out!  It would only take 
  30. a few days to order them (using credit card) if you can't find them locally.
