- I'm not sure what others will say, but if I were you I would just go out to
- radio shack (not as cheap) and buy some of these chips they are not very
- expensive. Also, what I did when I expanded my REU was order them from some
- mail order house advertised in the computer shopper (cheap). I bought 25 I
- think for like $1.85 each but these prices fluctuate and depend on how fast
- of memory chips you need.
- The last thing I would do is rip your RAM chips out! It would only take
- a few days to order them (using credit card) if you can't find them locally.
