  10. Inside of my 1750 REU, there are 16 chips marked as
  11. 9005 B USA
  12. MT 1259-12

  14. I suspect that they are 256KB x 1-bit chips, since my
  15. REU is 512K.  Does anyone have any specs on these, like
  16. what the power pins are, and where the data pins are?  I'd
  17. guess they're just like anyone else's chips in their 1750,
  18. so just about anyone should be able to get this to me.  I
  19. may need to (*sniff, sniff*) yank them out temporarily to
  20. use in an EE project for school.  Any warning, help?

  22. Also, there's chip which I'm sure is the RAM controller.
  23. It is marked 8726R1 1586 5.  There is only one of these, but
  24. I'd like to have info on that one, too, if at all possible.
  25. It's not imperative, though.
