- Subject: Help needed with 1750 REU chips
- Lines: 24
-
- Inside of my 1750 REU, there are 16 chips marked as
- 9005 B USA
- MT 1259-12
-
- I suspect that they are 256KB x 1-bit chips, since my
- REU is 512K. Does anyone have any specs on these, like
- what the power pins are, and where the data pins are? I'd
- guess they're just like anyone else's chips in their 1750,
- so just about anyone should be able to get this to me. I
- may need to (*sniff, sniff*) yank them out temporarily to
- use in an EE project for school. Any warning, help?
-
- Also, there's chip which I'm sure is the RAM controller.
- It is marked 8726R1 1586 5. There is only one of these, but
- I'd like to have info on that one, too, if at all possible.
- It's not imperative, though.
