  14. I used to hate with a passion a friends APPLE II+ that he had.

  16. The damn thing did not even have upper and lower case letters without
  17. some add-on card.

  19. 80 Column cards for the 64 exist and were reasonably priced and they plugged
  20. in to the expansion port.

  22. As I remember it, when the C64 was released in Canada it cost $895.

  24. A basic model APPLE II+ was $2000.

  26. The later Apple II's are still over-priced underachievers, but like
  27. anything else, if put in the right hands with the right goals they
  28. can all be quite usable.
