- Well, you got me there, Bob. I guess I should know better than to
- beleive anything without checking other sources than what Atari says. I
- thought the 3u card was a subset of the 6u, which had a much more
- limited set of capabilitities, as it was designed for 68000 machines,
- thus the 16/24 format, and lack of bus mastering, due to the 68000's
- lack of built ability to be interupted cleanly.
- As for the list, as I didn't post it, you didn't miss it. I was
- going by someones post here when the machine came out that said the 3u
- format was quitye common in Europe. I guess I missed the part where they
- said none of them would work on the Mega STe bus.
- Oh well, I don't care as much that Atari doesn't use an industry
- standard bus, but it's to bad they can't settle on a standard for
- themselves.
