- First they try to keep the bug very quiet, threatening to sue anybody who
- claims its existance, while at the same time quietly fixing the bug. Then
- they admit it about a year later offering free replacements (which now only
- cost 5 pence to make), throw all the old ones away and claim loads of credit
- for being so generous.
