  23. I don't think this would be "legal" if you were sent a copy (disk or e-mail)
  24. rather than the original disk: commercial software like Sequencer One
  25. is typically licensed to ST Format etc. to be sold ONLY as a cover disk:
  26. it isn't made PD.  Note that several companies are still advertising
  27. Sequencer One for sale at commercial rates (say 40 pounds).
  28. No I'm not a lawyer - just worried about comp.sys.atari.st being used
  29. (however innocently) to encourage (probably unintentional) piracy.
