  12. Everyone knows that the Falcons are late...
  13. I agree that Atari should have tried to get the christmas market, *BUT*,
  14.  
  15. Do you remember that Atari said the Falcons would be redesigned early next year
  16. (with a TT style, ie a seperate box+keyboard)?

  18. Maybe Atari are giving the few(?) ST style Falcons they have to developers so
  19. that there will be lots of software, and also to a few dealers to show people
  20. what the machine can do.

  22. They have said that full scale production will start early next year, so
  23. hopefully this will be with the new design, the idea being that everyone will
  24. have the same type of machine making upgrades etc easier because they can all 
  25. be the same.
  26. *IF* this is the case, I think it will be worth the wait, but it's a pity they
  27. will miss the christmas sales. (maybe next christmas!)

  29. BTW I have tried to get a SM146 mono monitor from Evesham Micros (the only
  30. semi-Atari dealer here in Cambridge (UK) but they said that Atari hasn't 
  31. shipped any yet.
  32. Is this true or is it that only this shop hasn't got any?
