- Hi!
-
- I have come across an odd problem while trying to write a program.
-
- What I need to do is use one of the "attribute" bits that are present in files
- so that I can determine if my program has made use of a given file before.
- This would function much like the "archive" bit, but would save quite a bit
- of disk access time.
-
- The problem is this; even though I payed Atari for the developer information,
- they have not seen fit to update their GemDos manual since it was first
- printed. Thus, I do not know which of the attribute bits are presently in
- use and which are not.
-
- Could someone who does please send me E-Mail, and I will summarize the
- results here.
