  24. Just remember that MIPS stands for "Meaningless Indicator of Processor Speed"
  25. (and various similar things :-).  Although the DSP is rated somewhere above
  26. 20 MIPS by itself, maybe this is what ST Format was thinking of when they
  27. said that.  Who knows, maybe they thought with the DSP at 25 MIPS, say, and
  28. the 68030 CPU at, say, 5 MIPS, you could get 30 MIPS...  Kind of
  29. a hokey comparison if you ask me.  :)  Anyway, it should be pretty fast, and
  30. _really_ fast in running programs which can utilize the DSP intensively.

  37. Why do people keep saying it has a 16-bit address/data bus?  Atari's own
  38. oficial brochure says "32-bit data bus, 32-bit address bus."  This seems
  39. clear enough to me, and I really doubt that Atari could get away with 
  40. printing lies in their brochures.  That's against the law in the U.S.A.,
  41. besides it wouldn't do a heck of a lot for the loyalty of the customers
  42. either.
