- So there's still a few bbs's... that's good, we've still got
- "The Trashcan" in ChCh, it has lots of new software that I FTP on it.

- I agree with the WAS, but just where the hell can you buy anything
- _new_ now, and where can you get service in the country?
- The only shops with anything have old stock that they've had for a while,
- as for service... there is none... if your ST dies, you're in trouble.
- Mine did 2 weeks ago, but luckily it was only the power supply, so I was
- able to get a friend who services IBM's to fix it.
- There's no dealer in the whole country, so how can retailers get parts to
- service them????? Just where do we look Jon? The only place I can
- think of is Mail order firms in US magazines... UK ones are too expensive
- by the time you go through the exchange rate.

- As I said, probably old stock.

- Who needs support from Atari? I can get all I need from the other friendly
- helpful users, something some of the other platforms can't boast about.
- All I want is to be able to go down to a shop and get new toys to add
- on to my computer, or be able to get the thing fixed if it dies.

- Craig (Hoping atari gets a new dealer into the country soon!)
