- I dunno if it will break on a Falcon, but Uniterm works fine under
- a Multitasking environment (MultiGEM in particular). Of course, you
- should only have it running as the sole term program because it
- only accesses modem port 1 (whereas ConNect does let you use up to
- 3 modem/serial ports and the MIDI port). Both term programs work
- well on my MegaSTe/Warp9...

- A definite strength of ConNect is its use of GDOS. However, the one
- thing that Uniterm can do that I have NOT seen other term programs
- do (on the Atari or IBM) is full VT100 emulation (i.e. actual
- DOUBLE-SIZED characters (double height/width, single height/double
- width, single width/double height). If anyone has found any other
- term programs (ST or IBM) that can do this, let me know...
-
- One thing I do like about ConNect is the use of multiple ports for
- communication. This way, I can leave my modem plugged into modem port 1,
- and my null-modem connecttion to my 286 on modem port 2. No moving around
- wires or getting a RS232 switch box...
