  29. Bob, I assure you that Dragonware is a legit operation.  I don't know why you
  30. have not received your upgrade.  If you give me the details of your order
  31. (your name, address and phone, etc) I'll be happy to contact them for you on
  32. GEnie and see what the story is.  You'll get an answer one way or another.

  34. BTW, Dragonware is a member of the IAAD (Independent Association of Atari
  35. Developers) so you can be assured action _will_ be taken on your complaint.
