  14. Howdy all, since installing Mint, I've been wondering how to back up
  15. the partition. Simon Gornall's readme from his distribution says that
  16. if you access the Mint partition from GEM, you'll corrupt it. Does
  17. this mean that if I use a GEM backup program, I'll trash the Mint
  18. partition? Should I tar it or use a .ttp backup program instead?
