  12. Some notes regarding the (G)Symbolix demo on comp.binaries

  14. Larry has just uploaded the demo of the new version on
  15. comp.binaries.apple2. Thanks mucho, Larry!

  18. Math application (for numeric and _symbolic_ math, incl.
  19. expand, collect, derive, 2D/3D plots, extensions, etc.)

  21. Hardware requirements:
  22. - system 6.0
  23. - at least 1.5MB RAM

  25. Recommended hardware
  26. - 2-3 MB RAM
  27. - hard disk
  28. - an accelerator board - why not...

  31. Although the demo opens a text window with rather long demo notes, you
  32. should know one more thing: THE MANUALS ARE READY, so there are no
  33. problems when ordering right now. The demo says the contrary (January
  34. 93), but this is no longer true.

  36. The manual has been rewritten and redesigned and explains everything in
  37. detail. If you wanna know what we will _NOT_ ship you, read the article
  38. in A+/InCider. If you wanna know what we WILL send you, just read any
  39. of the numerous other reviews.

  41. I hope you understand that I can't make any objective statements here
  42. because I'm highly affiliated with that organization - sorry. But if
  43. you are interested in really realistic and correct reviews, why don't
  44. you take a look at GS+, USER, or Apple Bytes? [The A+/InCider article
  45. is definitely a waste of time because they are three (spell it!!)
  46. upgrades behind...]

  49. also download the demo: select About... and then watch the FIRST,
  50. (partly) TOOL-BASED, APPLE-CONFORM & APPROVED, MEGA-COMPATIBLE demo!
  51. There you'll find everything you always wanted to know about ShadowDial
  52. and so on.
