- Apple has not really modified the Disk II drive over the last 12 or so
- years that it has been out. They added a few things to the ROM for daisy
- chaining and some stuff so that the computer doesn't sit there and try to read
- from it all day, but all and all, its still the same mechinism. Amazing though
- that Apple still charges $250 retail for it....
