- The issue of Apple selling more micros than IBM at this time is neither here
- nor there. IBM has ceased to be the sole main force in the PC world and its
- marketshare there are been dropping fast. For these reasons they have begun
- to split the personal micro line off from the parent. Heck in Canada they even
- make clones (called Ambra's). So Apple shipping 10% of all units is more or
- less what has been happening for quite some time. The PC market is an open
- one, and people have the freedom to choose amongst many manufacturers. They
- are doing just that.
