  17. I'm the person that complained.  I complained not because I'm a sysop on 
  18. America Online, rather, I complained because _I_ cannot fathom the lack of
  19. ethics demonstrated by the poster and the idiot who asked him to post 
  20. GEnie Lamp.  Read the posting guidelines.

  22. For the record, I said the articles had good stuff in them, but I was
  23. taken back by all the bandwidth wasted by GEnie Quotes and advertisements
  24. of conference changes, etc.  I also said that I didn't object to it being
  25. posted if those Quotes and other bandwidth wasters were removed.  Mr. Penner
  26. didn't tell the whole story -- I just did.  Now that they're back, please
  27. examine the content/fluff ratio.
