- Earlier this week, someone suggested that I re-install ProTERM 3.0 to
- see if that would solve my problem. I tried it and am still running
- into the same problem. I've even tried re-installing System 6, but no
- avail. ProTERM will just lock up after a while of use, when I'm
- online, accessing the editor, or reading the scrollback buffer.
- Sometimes I get strange inverted characters, sometimes lines will
- overwrite each other, sometimes I get strange message, mousetext
- charaters and so on. But no matter what, when ProTERM acts up I can't
- do anything but re-boot. Very distressing. I've lost several messages
- while composing them in the editor. Now I have to resort to writing
- my responses and messages with a word processor and hope when I use
- ProTERM I can send them. I've read that a few people with
- accellerated TWGS have had the same problem, but I'm still running at
- 7 MHz. Help.
