  23.         Channels <> Voices REPEAT Channels <> Voices!

  25.     The number of voices on the GS is 15, so you can play 4,8,12 or 15  
  26. different digitized sounds at a time without any problem (as long as they all  
  27. fit into the 64K sound bank.) These voices can then be outputed to 8 different  
  28. channels (The Ensonic has support for 15, but Apple only gave it a 3 pins.) FM  
  29. has two channels for example, and Pro-Logic Surroud sound simulates 3 more on  
  30. top of that for 5, but the GS can give us 8! But no cards have supported this  
  31. because of the large # of RCA cables that would be needed for this, and what  
  32. device are you going to connect it to that supports 8 channels??
