- I believe that the old joysticks used something odd, like the joystick
- buttons, to give digital response from the joystick (I don't know that for
- certain, though)
- That's why I think that it does it.

- recall something that would do that... (I haven't been in the II community
- as long as some, but I have been interested in Apple IIs since about, well,
- 4th or 5th grade????? (didn't get one until 7th...)
