  13.   I am interested in any experience DOMAIN users may have with 8mm and 4mm tape 
  14.   for archiving user data files. 
  15.   
  16.   Two options we are looking at are 
  17.   
  18.     8mm 5.GB tape
  19.   
  20.     4mm data with compression subsystem.
  21.   
  22.   The vendor who has this is known as TFI out of S. Portland, ME.
  23.   Their prices on the 8mm are much better than that from HP Direct.
  24.   
  25.   My questions are:
  26.   
  27.   1) Does anyone have experience with using these for WBAKing/TARing
  28.      user files? I am particularly interested in the 4mm with 
  29.      compression because of cost and claimed capacity (8GB).
  30.      I would be curious if anyone using this has measured
  31.      how much they actually get.
  32.   
  33.   2) Experience with TFI as a vendor.
  34.   
  35.   3) Other recommended sources.
  36.   
  37.   4) Other recommended options for archiving.
