  25. I would be very surprised if there were any harmful effects of this bug.
  26. I have never noticed *any* high-level effect arising from the configuration
  27. set with CONFIG.  I have used systems with this information set completely
  28. haywire, but nothing seemed to care.  *Does* anything actually use this
  29. information?
