- Because the latest version of the include files released by
- Commodore is 2.04. Include files are not released until
- after the OS is fully released. Anybody doing 2.1 or 3.0
- development now is supposed to be registered as a developer
- with CATS, and therefore should not be depending on the compiler
- vendor to provide the beta versions of the include files.
