  33. Because the latest version of the include files released by
  34. Commodore is 2.04.  Include files are not released until 
  35. after the OS is fully released.  Anybody doing 2.1 or 3.0
  36. development now is supposed to be registered as a developer
  37. with CATS, and therefore should not be depending on the compiler
  38. vendor to provide the beta versions of the include files.
