- I'm not too familiar with ARexx at the moment so forgive me if there
- is an obvious solution to my problem...
-
- I'm opening a console window and I can read and write to it just fine.
- But I want to execute a cli command (not using an arexx port) and
- have the output of the command go to the window. Now, if I execute my
- script from a shell, it opens a window, writes to it, but when the
- cli command executes its output goes to the shell window instead
- of the window opened by the script. Also, if I execute the script from
- workbench (using ToolManager to launch it) the cli command's output
- just goes to never never land and I never see it.
-
- So, is there a way to execute a cli command and 'redirect' its output
- to the console window that was opened by the script?
-
- Thanks!
