- Hello, Heinz. I have checked the database, and your name is not in the
- system. There could be several reasons for this, though. First, when
- you sent in your registration card, where did you send it? Who did you
- order your upgrades from?

- Please respond via EMail, with all three of your serial numbers. I will
- check to see if you really are in the database, perhaps with your name
- misspelled, etc.

- This is a known bug, and will be patched in our patch release due very
- soon (as soon as it passes Beta test and QA).
