  30. Hello, Heinz.  I have checked the database, and your name is not in the
  31. system.  There could be several reasons for this, though.  First, when
  32. you sent in your registration card, where did you send it?  Who did you
  33. order your upgrades from?

  35. Please respond via EMail, with all three of your serial numbers.  I will
  36. check to see if you really are in the database, perhaps with your name
  37. misspelled, etc.

  44. This is a known bug, and will be patched in our patch release due very
  45. soon (as soon as it passes Beta test and QA).
