  15.     I'm a the University of Manitoba, and frankly, I'm bored with
  16. pascal!  I need a decent C compiler, and SAS/C seems to be the thing to
  17. get...  BUT, it costs $400.00 (cdn$) at the local dealer!  How can they
  18. expect a student to pay that much?  Does anybody know if you can buy a
  19. SAS/C with a 'student' deal?
