  11. Hello all.  This base seems to be more geared towards doing multimedia WORK
  12. than simply engaging in using a CDTV "multimedia" disc.  It seems to me
  13. that it's sensible to split the two, the development and the use, into
  14. their own separate newsgroups.  So, what does anyone think about setting up
  15. a comp.sys.amiga.CD-ROM base (non-CDTV CD-ROM messaging accepted with Amiga
  16. relevance, of course).

  18. With the A570 finally available most places and other Amigas being hooked
  19. up to CD-ROM drives through CD file-systems such as from Canadian Prototype
  20. Replicas, interest is rising more quickly than before.  I'm just about to
  21. get a CDTV myself and would participate in such a newsgroup.
