- There's no such thing as a "default *animated* busypointer" under 3.0.

- However, if you simply wish to change the *regular* busypointer, the
- Pointer Prefs program under 3.0 has a Cycle Gadget at the top left of
- the screen, which cycles between "Normal" and "Busy", and lets you
- change either one.
