  18. PKludge does this.  You can force any mode to any other mode, and also
  19. do screen name specific promotion (ie, promote screens with a title of
  20. "myprogram" to SUPER72 lace, and those with a title of "myotherprogram"
  21. to DblNTSC.  This lets you use some old programs with higher resolution
  22. modes than they know how to open by themselves, as long as they're smart
  23. enough to deal with resizable windows).
