- PKludge does this. You can force any mode to any other mode, and also
- do screen name specific promotion (ie, promote screens with a title of
- "myprogram" to SUPER72 lace, and those with a title of "myotherprogram"
- to DblNTSC. This lets you use some old programs with higher resolution
- modes than they know how to open by themselves, as long as they're smart
- enough to deal with resizable windows).
