  40. Me too.  I mean, Lha is one of the finest pieces of software around, and
  41. well deserving of being paid for.

  53. I  think, generaly, piracy is mostly bad.  The only "good" aspect to it, is
  54. that it lets a person see if the software is good before buying it.

  56. I  paid  about  $200  for  Lattice C.  Of course some of my freinds couldnt
  57. believe  I  paid  $200 for it, but I think it was worth it.  Software worth
  58. using IS worth buying.

  60. I  think its a good idea for software companies to put out demo versions of
  61. their software - not crippled so much as to be useless, but lacking many of
  62. the  nicer  features.   Get  people  hooked,  and  then  sell them the full
  63. version.  If your program is good, people will buy it after using the demo.
