  13. I have an Avatex 2400 external modem that works for all intensive purposes. I 
  14. cann hook it to my 1000 with a cable, and send it the AT commands with no 
  15. trouble. But when I tell it to dial.. It will pick up the phone (no dialtone)
  16. can be heard.. and then it hangs up... Someone told me this could be due
  17. to the odd serial port in the 1000.. Can somone send me the pinouts on the
  18. A1000's serial port.. or an answer as to why my modem isn't working...
