  27. I'd urge you to go with the A1200, as it offers increased graphics
  28. capabilities, a flicker-free display, a PCMCIA card slot, a 32-bit CPU
  29. expansion slot, and an '020 processor for about the price of the GVP
  30. accelerator. These features may not seem as essential now, but they
  31. guarantee longevity, which the accelerator does not. Multisync monitors
  32. for your purposes (productivity etc.) are priced comparably with the
  33. RGB variants, so this is less of a concern than you might believe.

  41. All of these applications are perfect candidates for increased colour and
  42. especially resolution... once you have a 640 x 480 display, there's no
  43. going back.

  48. I'll pitch in for the A1200 as well. If you need extra speed, '030 and
  49. '040 accelerators will be forthcoming and more cost-effective than their
  50. A500 counterparts. You won't regret it :).
