  12.         Unfortunately, I have little time to follow this newsgroup any more, so
  13. I only occationally capture some messages to see what's happenning out there. 
  14. I have printing question that I hope someone can help me with.

  16.         I'm trying to get Compugraphic font output from Prowrite 3.2.2 to print
  17. to a Panasonic KXP-4450 (laser printer).  The problem is, I don't have any
  18. panasonic driver, and no-one I can find knows where to get one.  This is
  19. exactly what I'm trying to do:

  21.         I have a resume that I would like to print on the laser printer, but it
  22. is at the office, and they only have IBMs.  Therefore, I'm trying to use cmp to
  23. capture the output from the parallel port into a file on disk, which I would
  24. then take to work and do a COPY FOO.BAR LPT1:

  26.         Presumably, this would then dump my output to the laser printer.  I've
  27. tried this with the EpsonQ, X, and Xold drivers (Panasonic is supposed to be
  28. epson compatible) but I only get numeric garbage on the print-out.

  30.         Perhaps what I'm trying to do is impossible, somebody enlighten me
  31. please.  If anybody has _any_ panasonic drivers, please UUencode them and Email
  32. it to me (I don't get to see the list often, so all replies should be email).

  34.         My next querry is this:  Can somebody direct me to a GOOD (ie: working)
  35. font conversion utility that will convert other compugraphic formats to
  36. AmigaDos 2.0 format (why the proprietary difference, eh, C=? I know it must be
  37. a good reason).  Postscript to Compugraphic, and Compugraphic to postscript.  I
  38. really need fonts, and there just aren't any good Amiga-compatible
  39. compugraphics out there *sigh*.
