  11.   Thanks everyone for the clock suggestion.  Setclock reset
  12.   did indeed solve the problem.

  14.   Now that I'm thinking of getting a GVP 530 hd/accelerator
  15.   I want to get the 2.0 Rom first, since the GVP will automatically
  16.   detect which rom you have and load the correct version of
  17.   the OS onto the hd (at least that's what the ad says).

  19.   I'm confused about all the different designations, such
  20.   as 2.0, 2.04 and 2.1.  The dealer has a 2.04 kit but I
  21.   heard taht 2.1 was just around the corner.  Should I
  22.   buy the 2.04 kit and plug that one in, or wait for
  23.   the 2.1 to come out?  Also, how hard is it to pry off
  24.   the 1.3 ROM and insert the 2.0 ROM?  I want to try
  25.   it myself, as my warranty is expired anyway!
