- unfortunately, i have to agree with mark, ouch :) (Tim, you'll have to
- disregard what i mailed you - it'll only work on a PaintWriter XL
- 300). Some minor points: DeskWriter will autosense and can talk
- RS422 or RS232 - at a fixed 56K baud. It has one font for printing error
- messages and a very small subset of PCL for printing rasters and
- setting compression modes. ( I guess you could write a driver for it,
- that rasterizes everything. A lot of work, though.)
